Guys. I have a 3 year old. When does that happen? But really. I can't even handle it!
It seriously happened over night. He looks, acts, and sounds 3. No joke. I don't even know where to begin with this little rascal. He brings so much laughter to our lives. I know I am his mother so I am partial but he literally lights up a room wherever he is. He is an energetic, clever, stubborn, silly, caring, crazy little boy.
Here are a few funny things he has said/done that I never want to forget:
"Mom! We need to take Colt to the hospital!"
"Why Liam?"
"Because he is so boring."

While telling hi what to say during the prayer at dinner I told him to say "thank you for the gospel" and he didn't hear me so it ended up like a game of telephone
"Thank you for my golf clubs...and all of my other golf stuff."

While dropping him off at nursery...
"My mom has a baby in her tummy"
"umm no I don't Liam"
{points to my chest}
"ya mom it's right in there, that's the baby."
"My mom shaves her beard."
"I promise I don't you guys, I wax my face and he thinks that means I shave it."
so embarassing.

While potty trainging
"Liam did you poop in your pullup?"
"Ya mom, but just let it stay in there for a while to heal."
"See mom my food goes in my mouth and down to my tummy then out my wiener."
"mom, don't put my stuffed animals in there, I peed in there"
"LIAM why did you pee in there?"
"cause it's my job." (said very matter of factly.)

"Mom, will you make lunch for me and my friend James?"
"Who is James?"
"my friend mom, he is right here (points to air) and we are hungry and want lunch."

One morning he came out of his room patting the air by the ground and said "good boy Pete (Lisa and Spencer's dog), come on Pete lets go eat breakfast."
"Mom, Pete is in time out cause he is trying to eat my yogurt."

after doing something naughty one day I asked him "Why did you do that?"
"Because mom, I wasn't listening to you."

Conference was especially entertaining. One screen shot of a speaker with the greenery and flowers behind him Liam said "Mom, why is that guy hiding in the plants?"
Then a speaker said "he knows your name." Liam made his voice deep and said "HE KNOWS YOUR NAME."
President Erying kept referring to peter and Liam would giggle and say "peter pan!"
Leading up to Liam's birthday we would ask what he wanted for his Birthday. He would say "I want a birthday cake with candles and a garbage present." We thought what the heck is a garbage present? A couple days before his b-day Josh called me downstairs and rewound a commercial of a boy that instead of having a birthday party with gifts him and his friends helped clean up garbage in the forest to help save the animals. Liam said "ya that is what I want, a garbage present."
During the day for his birthday my mom, colt, Liam, and I went to Gardner village for a fun day of witches and lunch. It was perfect weather and we had the whole place to ourselves most of the time.
